JOHANNESBURG – JoburgCAN, a division of Outa, says the city has its priorities wrong.
It is calling for a redrafting of the draft budget and Integrated Development Plan.
It says it caters for an overpaid mayor and unnecessary positions.
The organisation says the priorities should be stabilising water and electricity supply.
They have been asking residents for their inputs and have made submissions to the city.
